Residential Storage Questions

Q. How do I decide how large of a unit I need?

A. There are some rough estimates that you can follow. You will have to adjust for your particular situation.

  • A 5 x 5 self storage unit is about the size of a small walk in closet.
  • A 5 x 10 self storage unit is about the size of a large walk in closet.
  • A 5 x 15 self storage unit could hold the entire contents of a one bedroom apartment.
  • A 10 x 10 self storage unit is the size of a standard one car garage. It can hold the entire contents of a two bedroom apartment.
  • A 10 x 20 self storage unit is the size of a two car garage. This space will hold a three bed room apartment's belongings and have some space left over.

Q. Do you have a moving truck that I can borrow?

A. YES! For local moves and to approved drivers, we will provide a FREE Truck rental. You will be assessed a per mile charge, but the hourly rental is on us. Feel free to contact the office for a quote.

Storage Security Questions

Q. How is access controlled at the storage facility?

A. Access to the property is controlled by electronic key pass. Each tenant is issued a unique ID to access the property. We electronically record anyone accessing or exiting the property.

Q. What do I do, if I forget my unique security/access code?

A. You will need to contact the office.

Q. What type of security measures do you provide?

A. We take your property's security seriously. We have 24-hour video surveillance, our facility is well lit, and our facility is completely fenced and enclosed. You can find out more details about our security measures here.

Q. Do you provide a lock for my unit?

A. No, each tenant provides their own lock for each unit rented. We do sell locks and other packing supplies.

Storage Unit Questions

Q. Are there things that I cannot store?

A. Yes. You cannot store trash, animals or flammable liquids unless in safety containers according to fire regulations.

Q. Can I build my own shelves in a storage unit?

A. Yes. However, all shelves or other built-in items must be pre-approved by a manager. Nothing can be attached to the walls.

Recreational Vehicle Storage Questions

Q. What types of recreational vehicles can be stored on-site?

A. RVs, boats, cars, jet skis and motorcycles. We have limited availability, and we suggest to call today to reserve your space.

Q. Does the vehicle need to be in driving condition before storing at your location?

A. Yes, we are not a junk yard. All vehicles stored on our property must be in working condition.

Q. May I repair my vehicle on the premises?

A. No.

Q. What are your monthly rates for storage units?

Q. What methods of payment to you accept?

A. All major credit cards, check, cash.

Q. What size units do you offer?

A. We have a variety of unit sizes to fit any storage needs. We start with units 5x5 and increase to 12x40. For more detailed information about our unit sizes, please click here.

Q. Do I have to sign a contract?

A. YES! You must sign our contract before being assigned a security code or a unit. You can preview the contract here.

Q. Can I pay my bill online?

A. No. Unfortunately, that feature is not yet available via our web interface. If you are interested in being notified when that feature is available, please contact us and let us know.

Q. Can I sublet my space?

A. No. Assignment or subletting is not allowed.

Q. When can I access my unit?

A. Access to storage units is permissible from 6:00 AM until 9:59 PM. The gate will not open after 10 PM, so please be out on time.

Q. Do you provide a lock for my unit?

A. No, each tenant provides their own lock for each unit rented. We do sell locks and other packing supplies.

Q. Do you have climate controlled (air conditioned) units or non-climate controlled units?

A. To best serve our clients, we offer both types of storage units - climate controlled and non-climate controlled storage units.
